The Grow Up range is a shampoo and a scalp spray made to be used together. Wash with the shampoo, massaging it into the scalp with your fingertips, leave it for a minute or two and rinse well. Then spray onto the scalp, part by part, and massage it in. The labels list ingredients such as biotin, Procapil, Baicapil and Anagain.
