Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and tap checkout. Enter your name, phone number and delivery address. That is it. We confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, or pay first by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Choose at checkout.
Can I pay when the order arrives?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery and pay the rider in cash when your parcel is handed to you. Nothing to pay in advance.

Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to every province, to your door.
How long does delivery take?
Punjab: 3 to 4 working days. All other provinces: 4 to 5 working days. There is one delivery speed. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
Where is Cosmevo based, and when can I reach you?
Our address is 12-C, Shadman 2, Lahore. We are available Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp on 0309 4560316.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders from Rs. 2,500. Below that, the fee depends on your province and the weight of your parcel, and you see it before you order. Details are on our shipping policy page.

Returns
Can I return or exchange a product?
You can return a product within 7 days of the day you received your order. Unused products only. The customer pays the return delivery, unless the product arrived damaged or was not what was ordered. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I use more than one discount on an order?
Only one saving applies per order, and you always get the biggest one. A free gift or gift wrap, when your order has one, comes on top. You can see which saving you got in your cart and at checkout.

Are Cosmevo products medicines?
No. Cosmevo products are cosmetics for everyday skin and hair care, not medicines. If a skin or hair problem worries you, please see a doctor.
How do I choose the right product?
Start with your concern: oily skin, dull-looking skin, dry skin, hair fall or baby bath time. Take our routine quiz, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
What does Coming Soon mean?
These products are on the way but not on sale yet, so they cannot be ordered. See them on our coming soon page.

How do I track my order?
Open the track order page and enter your order number and phone number. You will see each step of your order, and the courier tracking number once it is shipped.
