Returns and Exchanges

Our policy, in short

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the day you received your order.
• Unused products only.
• The customer pays the return delivery, unless the product arrived damaged or was not what was ordered.
• To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

If something is wrong with your order

Tell us as soon as you can and we will sort it out. Share your order number, your phone number and, if it helps, a photo of the problem. Reach us on WhatsApp or at info@cosmevo.pk.
